The creator of Bitcoin (BTC) uses the alias Satoshi Nakamoto. He is also known as the father of cryptocurrency.
The inventor of Bitcoin(BTC) could be facing a very expensive lawsuit after a dispute between the control of assets between 2 men.
Craig Wright, 51, an Australian national who resides in London previously claimed that he invented Bitcoin but no one believed him.
However, Davie Kleiman filed a suit against Wright alleging that the Kleiman family was the ones responsible for mining 1.1 billion units of Bitcoin (BTC), and Wright is controlling the assets that belong to Nakamoto.
Kleiman submitted email evidence to the court and Wright had referred to Klieman as “partner” on multiple occasions.
In Florida court, Wright is claiming that he invented the Bitcoin himself and no one else was involved.
Andres Rivero, Wright’s lawyer spoke to the media stating that there was no evidence that Wright and Kleiman were ever in a partnership.
The court is still in motion and it is unclear if a 50/50 split or a 100% takeover. However, if the court rules in favor of Kleiman the identity behind the real creators of Bitcoin will be revealed.
This type of lawsuit is expected to take years before it can be settled.
