Dave Bautista to star in Knock at the Cabin, M. Night Shyamalan’s new movie – the actor, perhaps best known for his portrayed of Drax the Destroyer in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Guardian of the Galaxy, who has mastered the ability of standing so incredibly still that he becomes invisible to the eye; will be fronting the new project to be released in February 2023.
The actor has then gone on to reprise his role as the adorable and socially dense alien in three more MCU movies, as well as delivering stunning performances in movies like Army of the Dead by director Zack Snyder.

According to Deadline, Dave Bautista has been cast as the lead actor for M. Night Shyamalan‘s upcoming movie, Knock at the Cabin, and is the only confirmed actor so far to have joined the cast. Details about the movie have been kept secret, although it has been revealed that Shyamalan will be writing, directing, and producing the project.
Bautista has been a mainstay in the MCU via his portrayal of Drax the Destroyer in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies as well as appearances in the Avengers movies; most notably in Infinity War and Endgame, and has quickly garnered a loyal following for his character’s socially awkward and dense persona which many have deemed affable and funny.
Besides the upcoming Knock at the Cabin movie, Bautista has been working on Knives Out 2 and is in the midst of shooting the third installment of the Guardians of the Galaxy movie. He will also be starring in Dune: Part Two as Beast Rabban Harkonnen.
M. Night Shyamalan is a highly esteemed director who is known for movies that are led by huge movie stars as the leading actors, such as Bruce Willis in 1999’s The Sixth Sense, Mark Wahlberg in 2008’s The Happening, and James McAvoy in 2016’s Split.
