Eminem is set to feature in Snoop Dogg’s upcoming project by his Mt. Westmore rap supergroup, which features Ice Cube, E-40 and Too $hort.

The back and forth between the two rap legends took the Hip Hop world by storm when Snoop Dogg disrespected Eminem‘s music, saying: “I can live without that sh*t”.

Eminem then dissed the West Coast legend on his “Zeus” track from his Music To Be Murdered By: Side B album; rapping:

“And as far as squashin’ beef, I’m used to people knockin’ me
But just not in my camp, and diplomatic as I’m tryna be
Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me
Man, Dogg, you was like a (Yeah) damn god to me
Nah, not really (Haha), I had “dog” backwards”

Apologized and beef squashed

Following reports of the duo making up and squashing their beef, Snoop Dogg spoke to Rolling Stone’s Music Now podcast and revealed that he called Eminem and apologized.

He said: “I was wrong bro, do you forgive me?”

Eminem bringing his A-game

Snoop then described his upcoming collaboration with Eminem, saying that it was very challenging for him because “Eminem really f**ing shot at me, he shot his shot”.

He added: “That’s what you want when you get a feature, to have to f**ing work your a** off.”

Snoop added that Eminem knows that he is going to match him on the same level on the track, that’s why he’s going so hard.

He further added: “And that’s what it is when you make records with people that you love and family. It’s competitive for the right reasons to bring the best out of each other.”

Mount Westmore
