Netflix has dropped a big announcement on animes that are getting live-action series.

Some of the Netflix live-action anime that was previously reported included One Piece and Cowboy Bepop.

Netflix Japan revealed in an event that some of the bigger Japan anime titles will be made and coming your way faster than you realized.

Some of the bigger titles include JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, The Seven Deadly Sins, and Detective Conan

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is an anime that was released in 1993 and even after 25 years the anime remains popular, In 2012 it was announced that a new version of JoJo would be released, this release took the world by storm and established international fans.

The new anime of Jojo is titled JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean.

It is based on the sixth story of Jojo and it was published in comic book form between the years 2000 and 2003. There were no anime adaptions of the comic until now. The anime will be available on 1 December 2021.

The Seven Deadly Sins will also be coming somewhere next year titled The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh.

For Detective Conan, the anime series will be titled Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanazawa and Detective Conan: Zero’s Tea Time, but unfortunately the dates for the release is not out yet.

Netflix live-action anime announcements

The major titles that are coming as live-action are Yu Yu Hakusho and Gundam!

Gundam would be created as a live-action movie and a photo was dropped during the announcement revealing the signature Gundam model RX-78-2 series gundam emerging from fire and eyes glowing.

The glowing eyes are a signature from Gundam, which typically indicates that the robot is ready for battle.

The movie is currently in pre-production and let’s hope Netflix can be quicker and create the movie soon.

For old school fans like me, Yu Yu Hakusho is an anime that is embedded deep in my mind.

Yu Yu Hakusho will be coming as a Netflix series and the creators of the series are Japanese producers Akira Morii and Kazutaka Sakamoto.

Hearing such news is just music to my ears, the bad thing is waiting for about 2 years before it is released. Yu Yu Hakusho’s live-action series is coming in December 2023.
