NBA star Luka Doncic more well known as Luka Magic did a crazy buzzer-beater overpowering 3 Celtics defenders against the Celtics winning the game.
Doncic managed to grab the rebound when there is 11 seconds left and dribbled the ball all the way and going past defenders and securing the victory for the Mavericks. Doncic hit a high-arching 3-pointer at the buzzer, another magical moment for the All-Star to give the Mavericks a 107-104 victory over the Boston Celtics on Saturday night.
At the last 2.6 seconds before the buzzer rings, Doncic ran from midcourt down to the left side corner and landed a 3 point shot beating the buzzer and securing the victory for Magic. With a final score of Mavericks 107 and Celtics 104. One of the best buzzer beaters in NBA history.
Doncic finished with 33 points to 32 for fellow All-Star Jayson Tatum, who bounced back from two rough shooting nights to help Boston rally from a 17-point halftime deficit with the Celtics missing another All-Star in Jaylen Brown, who has a hamstring injury.
Boston could have had the last shot with Dallas inbounding with eight seconds left on the shot clock, but Smart fouled Doncic in the backcourt with the shot clock down to five because Boston had a foul to give. The foul gave the Mavericks the final possession instead..
For Doncic, it was another spectacular buzzer-beater, similar to the first one that got the NBA world talking in the 2020 playoff bubble. Richardson saw a few first-hand last season as well.
