NBA Star Lebron James was fined after he performed an “obscene gesture” during a game.

He was fined $15,000 by the NBA for making an “obscene gesture” during a match between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Indiana Pacers.

The game was dragged into overtime and Lebron performed a 3 pointer shot in the last few seconds of the game.

After he scored, he started grabbing his private area and hopping around the court.

Here is the NBA’s official statement that was released:

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James has been fined $15,000 for making an obscene gesture on the playing court and warned for using profane language during media availability in response to league imposed discipline, it was announced today by Byron Spruell, President, League Operations. The incident occurred with 1:17 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Lakers' 124-116 overtime win against the Indiana Pacers on Nov. 24 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

He was fined for doing this action:

Lebron also ejected two side court fans out of the game by getting an official to walk towards a pair of fans.

He continuously pointed at them and the crowd went “Boo”.

It was not the first time Lebron face penalties from the NBA, Recently Lebron was suspended for a game after he elbowed Isaiah Steward in the face.

It led to a series of delays to the game and Steward obviously had a bad cut on his face. All the players had to stop the two giants from battling it out on the court.

The delay lasted around 15 mins.

He was issued a warning by NBA for his use of profanity language.
