Tom Holland wants a fight between Spider-Man and Wilson Fisk’s Kingpin from the Daredevil in the Marvel Cinematic Universe when asked about which bad guys he’d like Peter Parker to face.

Tom Holland wants a fight with Kingpin

Speaking to Fandom about which villains he’d like Peter Parker’s Spider-Man to face off against in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Tom Holland said that he’s like to fight against Madame Web, and added that he’s really like to come up against Wilson Fisk’s Kingpin.

“I think there are some interesting villains, I think Madame Web could be something that is really interesting and we could do it in our own way.

I’d really like to come up against Wilson Fisk.

Holland also added a few interesting ideas, including Spider-Man turning into a villain instead, or an anti-hero. He also expressed interest in making a movie about Peter Parker that has nothing to do with Spider-Man.

I also would like to maybe see what happened if Spider-Man becomes a villain.

I think there are some interesting things where you could make a film about an anti-hero or things like that.

I’d like to make a film about Peter Parker that has nothing to do with Spider-Man, like make a four million pound indie movie about Peter Parker, I don’t know.

They’d never do that but it would be fun.

Kingpin was previously hinted at in the third episode of Hawkeye, being referred to as Uncle, which sent the interwebs into a frenzy. It would be interesting to see Wilson Fisk’s Kingpin being introduced into the MCU to take on our favorite web-slinger.

Ruler of New York City’s underworld

Wilson Fisk is one of the most recognizable villains from the Marvel comics and is the ruler of New York City’s underworld, with many fans hoping that he would make an appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for a while now.

He is portrayed by action Vincent D’Onofrio in the Marvel TV series, Daredevil, starring alongside Charlie Cox who plays Matt Murdock aka Daredevil. And with the concept of the multiverse being introduced into the MCU, the possibilities are quite possibly endless.

Spider-Man: No Way Home opens in cinemas on December 17, 2021.
